Mooserific!

What a fun weekend with friends and teammates at the FC Pride Cup tournament in Indianapolis! The girls played really well: one win, a tie, and two hard fought games that ended in losses. Gwen scored the first goal in the very first game! Josie tends to play forward and Gwen prefers to play midfield.

Our first time at the new stadium, and our first time attending a USWNT game. It was an 8-0 winning night!

Cousins!

Two months after demo, and I finally spread the last bag of topsoil and remembered to take pictures!

First Cardinal League game of the season was a 8-5 win over Kolping SC!

An exciting week for us! We got to meet Rowan and started school. I can’t believe we have a sixth grader and two third graders!

First soccer tournament of the season (two games, two wins) and some cousin time = a good weekend!

When it FINALLY rains, you put on your swimsuit, and rush outside!

With school starting very soon, we had to finally visit Kings Island! Two visits in two days, and more roller coaster rides planned. The Banshee is their favorite so far.

We were so lucky to have some of the best PAs this year! Weasley and Twix were especially great! They would jump right in to help lead activities, play games, and sing songs. Gwen and Josie were big fans!

Another fun week at Girl Scout camp! Every year, I dread it. It’s hot, it’s tiring, and it’s a ton of prep work. Then we get there, the girls have a blast, and by the time it’s all over, we’re missing it.

Abby’s last dive.

Abby had a great first dive season. She was one of two girls in her age group to represent the swim club in the dive finals against girls from all over the city. All those early morning practices paid off, because she won first place! (Then she raced off to Girl Scout camp.)
